A great place for public food and watching sports. Clean and tidy place. Good staff. Good doormen. Only down side. The toilets. Majority of the times its leaking and no wipes to dry your hands. Other than that. It's an 8/10.

Most of the staff here are lovely and welcoming, and provide good service. They offer two meals approximately £8.50, from which you can choose from roughly 10 different options. For the price, the food within the deal is reasonable. When ordering outside the meal deal the food is quite nice. There is access for disabled persons, as there are two entrances, and on the dining floor itself, a disabled toilet can be found. However access to the higher level (two steps) for people in wheelchairs can be a little tricky as the wheelchair entrance to this one specific part is the opposite side of the door and placed right by a two seater table so sometimes it can be a little awkward for disabled persons to get up to the higher level. The toilets downstairs aren't the cleanest, the women's toilets have a lot of flies hovering within the cubicle.

Good service, good prices. Food was a bit greasy but no worse than you'd expect from this kind of place, tasted great though.

I'm not someone who writes reviews but the food and service was terrible and Google suggested that I left one, so here we go. Not a single member of staff behind the bar for several minutes (becomes relevant later). No eggs and only Coke Zero on tap. They were supposed to replace the eggs from our breakfasts with other items that they had however seemingly forgotten about that. The food quality was low and considering I added chips for the lovely cost of two pounds I received a little scoop of cheap oven chips, so in all seven pounds for a lacking and low quality all day brunch. My girlfriend tried to order from the section of the menu which had a deal on before four; we got there at five to but by the time it came to taking the order it had passed four and therefor the till could not apply the deal, despite it being their fault for not having someone at the bar. I believe the deal was essentially a free drink if ordered before four and despite me being served by the "manager" he couldn't simply pour the drink without charging £2.50 for it. I tried explaining how this wasn't great but he simply said that he couldn't do anything about it. Then when the first meal came to the table it was ten minutes before the other meals arrived which isn't great and no member of staff evean came to check on us to see how our meal were (which I would have actually said something about instead of being classically "british" about it). If the place was busy then you can understand this but is was very empty. So in summary, decent drink prices and a nice enough looking venue but bad service and food.

Sunday lunch avoid! Frozen veg frozen roast potatoes, taste of nothing! Like something served up in a old people's home. The only positive is the staff who are nice.
