Great location and nice venue. Food very reasonable. Only downside so far: table reservations only possible after paying deposit in person, which rules it out as a location for large mixed meetings on busy days. Pity.

Stopped for lunch. Food was lovely and staff helpful. Would have had a higher rating but we had to move tables as something was really starting to smell bad in the 1st area we sat

It's a newly refurbished Wetherspoons pub with a nice roof garden. Good ales, prices and food. Nuff said!

This J D Witherspoon pub has had a recent refurbishment and has come out of it rather well. We visited on the evening of the Wales v New Zealand Rugby International scans the place was extremely busy. The atmosphere was great and the quality of the big screen was excellent. Despite the crowd, the staff were very proficient and waiting time was minimal, the price of beer was great with the points costing £7.50, well worth the visit.
