Good to see an Untappd verified venue and to be able to see the beer options in advance. Helpful staff, laid-back atmosphere and quite busy for early evening. Would recommend, well balanced selection of beer styles and some interesting options.
Such a fab pub. Always clean and tidy, good crowd, good acoustics so you can hear what your mates are saying. Fab selection of beer, from cheap and tasty staples, to more expensive and interesting craft options. Importantly they'll always tell you first if you've asked for a pricey one so you're not caught off-guard by a price tag! Really friendly staff, and a lovely pub spaniel who likes to watch the comings and goings. My favourite pub in Reading.
Great pub, just down road from station. Great selection of real ale, gins and whiskies. Friendly, helpful staff. Popped in for a swift pint whilst waiting for bus. Very good as usual. Pub felt like it had the heating on whereas it was weeks of warm weather which had heated up brickwork. A fan on bar tried to cool things down.
Excellent pub, very close to the station but out the hullabaloo serving a well kept and diverse range of beer including local brews, served by knowledgeable and friendly staff with space to sit later on a Saturday night
Great friendly pub with a nice range of high quality beers. We took part in the Monday pub quiz which is fun and informal.

Great pub with a vibrant atmosphere. Is particularly good for interesting beers and has a great gin selection. Really well located near the station too. Would recommend.
Great little boozer, I do wish they would turn the telly off occasionally though. No one needs to see Strictly while they're trying to enjoy a pint!
