The welcoming of the staff, was excellent, we came from Dorset Christchurch. Me and my co-worker. It was a treat for my birthday , last week. So we ran into traffic, called the Havester staff James by his name about our lateness. Upon arrival ,we were welcomed by lovely Julie , gave up the menu and gave us a nice seat. Meal was delicious and the presentation was next to excellent. The friendliness of the general staff was awesome. I have worked in big social events like the Olympics etc. And I do dine out alot. I can tell you that I have never seen a place like this in my entire life, warm, friendly, clean and well presented thanks you all for an amazing Job.
Nice and quiet, Maria L was a delightful server and made us feel very welcome. The food was lovely how ever the wings had too much sauce. Overall lovely experience !
Our trip today was lovely sitting outside, we were told to take a seat outside however was not told to order would have to wait for a server. The lovely waitress Michelle informed us of this and taken our order at the bar. We discussed this was not beneficial as you come for a meal to be served yourself. The outdoor section is lovely, however would benefit massively from waiters roaming ensuring everyone is happy.
Sat outside which was lovely. The reason I give 3 and not 5 stars is because there is no table service here. I feel it would benefit from this and a basket table condiments brought out as we are seated. Michelle the waitress was very helpful and this recommendation, I assume, would also make her role easier.
