Very unreliable, after an hour after the agreed time, still nothing, called just eat and they wasn't very helpful, ended up losing money, and time and went elsewhere. Person on the phone was very unhelpful and unprofessional especially after he lied several times saying the food is on its way. There is many other chinese takeaways in the local area and this has to be easily be the worst we have ever came across... Avoid!

order a meal through just eat,i did not come after 2 hours,phoned 3 times while waiting,got told order was with driver,then after 2 hours phoned again and they said they had cancel order but no1 told me or give refund,was put on hold for 15mins then got the phone put down on me,will never order from golden valley again,if there was a -* i would of put that,tamping

The rudest person I have spoken to in my entire life! Please bear in mind that I am from Maerdy. From hannah street to Davies street a 60 minute wait for a bag of chips needless tI say I was spitting feathers, I assume the delay was pulling the spuds out of the ground. I wouldn't go there again even if you paid me. If no star was an option I would give it, as one star is a bit generous. Avoid like the plague
