I must admit over the last few months service hasn't been the best with customer service not being as it should be... But tonight it was spot on.. Thank you to the lovely girl on the till (my son really enjoyed his bread roll and lettuce)

Told me there was no bacon available so I asked what can I have on the menu. Response was everything without bacon. So I asked for a chicken meal large to which they responded 'we're running on a limited menu so you cannot have a large meal'. Staff are rude and they change opening hours to suit them, most of them don't wear hair nets and touch food with there bare hands. Most people give there food to the man with a dog sat outside playing a harmonica because it's so greasy. To which he only feeds this food to his dog.

We as a family do enjoy a KFC. It feeds us all fairly cheaply and my 3 year old son likes it so much that he cant drive past the colonel without shouting "MY CHICKEN". The Porth branch is clean and tidy, the food is fast and tasty.

Such a disaster for KFC. All the outlets I have passed have a sign informing potential customers of a LIMITED MENU ONLY. Its like a petrol /diesel garage offering "water only"!!! I do hope this is resolved soon, my taste buds are mutating! Talk about teething problems, that must be the most ironic excuse this past decade.

Meal was awful. Chips were old and chicken seemed slightly burned and dry. It was Friday evening, there was few customers and quite few drive through, not sure why our meal was "old", drive through priority? Restaurant was dirty even though one member of staff was tidying up. Maybe we went there on wrong day where there was shortage of staff? Experience was so bad that we will not be going there again. Not a big loss to them(couple lost customers) but it was a big loss to us, we really like KFC :(
