Under new management.... but with good service. Delivery was almost within given time frame and food was hot too. Nice and friendly staff.

We used to have lovely meals from this Take Away until our last two occasions. When you order a burger and ask for Garlic sauce in a carton, you wouldn't expect your burger to be drenched in the sauce. Our final time ordering with Chicken Run was very poorly managed and received somewhat terrible attitude from the front of house staff member. When you call up asking where you're order is after 1hr 30min, you do not expect the phone to be put down on you as you ask to speak to the manager. After receiving a call later when the food is returned, you do not expect to have a debate and argument with the member of staff, but you would expect an apologetic approach and ensure you return as a customer again. The member of staff who dealt with this order strongly lacks people skills and no understanding of customer service when you try and explain what they are doing wrong and receive "what ever!" in return. A very poor show from Chicken Run and as a high paying customer over the last few years, we will not be using this take away again.

After the change of management we experienced it best with good staff and got the order on time hot and with delicious taste

Have tried a few but chicken run is streets ahead of all competition. Fast delivery , and still hot when arrived.
