We stayed for 2 nights from 15/11/2022. Excellent location, literally on the waters edge. Gorgeous food in the restaurant and the breakfast was first class. Staff were spot on with local knowledge and very warm and friendly. The views are simply perfect with beautiful fresh air. We will be returning to this stunning hidden gem. Thanks to the the hotel team, see you again?
Had an overnight and meal here. The food was really excellent - the bar cosy and the rooms clean and spacious. We had a fantastic view from the room and also from the restaurant. Breakfast was tasty well presented and freshly cooked. The staff were efficient and very friendly. In summary a great place to stay eat and drink…..
Absolutely incredible location. Right next to the beach. You can sit and have a few drinks outside and they serve superb food all day. Our band played here a few months back and it was a great gig. The food is so good and fresh. We went for the Sunday roast and it was really great. There is ample parking space and the service is brilliant. Thank you Christian for looking after us.
Had a birthday meal at the hotel for my birthday. Reserved a table next to window overlooking the mountains. Had our little dog with us so was nice to be in a dog friendly pub. Food was excellent then we sat outside afterwards enjoying the views. Will come back without a doubt when in the area.
Always a lovely team of staff and the food is always fab. Adore the atmosphere here, whether its a Christmas eve Christmas dinner soooo good or a beer mid spring overlooking the mountains with a blanket and a hot water bottle sat outside. One of our favourite places!
What an amazing location. The views are stunning, good beer and bar staff friendly and welcoming. What more could you wish for. We didn't have food so I can't comment on that but as far as I'm concerned it's a gem.
Just back from a 2 night stay. Beautiful location, wonderful food, lovely staff! Only ever so SLIGHT niggle was attention to very fine details such as little bits of paint splashes in room on floor, a couple of cobwebs and a few chips in bathroom tiles. However this did not affect or hinder our trip, just made the room feel a little tired. It was comfortable, pleasant and the view second to non! Breakfast and evening meals were very tasty, good choice and excellent value. We would defo return
Food was brilliant highly recommend the steak & Ale pie. Only reason it doesn't get the 5 stars is that the service could have been better as our drinks order was forgotten and we had to wait a long time for our plates to be cleared. Regardless I will be returning.Service: 4/5
One of the best lunches I've had, anywhere. Amazing scenery, nicely attentive staff, good selection of drinks. The sea bass and risotto was stunning.
Some really shocking choices for vegans here : The atmosphere is lovely and the views are brilliant. But, the food choices really, really let this place down. The only vegan starter available was garlic bread without cheese, which came out to be a hot flat bread with fresh parsley on top, and no garlic. The mains was a veggie burger which was burnt and had half a slice of tomato on and one piece of lettuce. The food just looked sad :
