Room very tired. Views spectacular. There are a lot of steps at this property, its not for the faint of heart, 75 steps from carpark to our room. Breakfast ok. Not given options, just brought out.Rooms: 3/5
We visited Eryl Môr for a family function, the hotel is situated over looking the pier & the stunning views of the Menai Straights / Puffin Island! The Staff / Management was very polite / professional & could not do enough for us! The service & food was out of this world!Service: 5/5
I've stayed before and it was quieter and food was better. There were children running around the bar and stairs to the rooms which was disturbing. I would stay again though to try again as it's very convenient.
Visited for Sunday lunch. Nice friendly atmosphere. Food was exceptional tasty and plentiful. During the winter months we eat in the bar as the conservatory can get a little chilly.Service: 5/5
A very friendly hotel, lovely staff. The room itself was clean, and stocked with tea and coffee making facilities. Really nice breakfast. But what sets this hotel is the stunning views across the Menai Straights to Anglesey. Definitely stay there again.Rooms: 5/5
The food was fantastic when the regular chef was there, he was really nice and cared about our feelings on the food would highly recommend eating at their restaurant and the staff were very kind, however we got the wrong room, we paid for a family room and got a single. We were promised as change of room which never happened one of us had to sleep on the floor on a single mattress. The cleanliness of the room was OK they did their best with the fact that dogs are allowed which helped us, the bed sheets though were not the best, uncomfortable and obviously very used, there were bubbles and the colour seemed off. The TV also never worked. Parking was also a hit or miss but that is understandable due to the location. We have also sent a query as to why we were put in the wrong room but no response yet.
Lovely hotel… clean room staff very polite and helpfull x Food was lovely compliments to chef. We stayed for a couple of nights stunning location x We’ll done all xRooms: 5/5

A wonderful place to stay... particularly if you get an attic room as we did... the views are stunning! The staff were really friendly and very helpful - and the breakfasts were delicious I hope we will be back soonRooms: 5/5
If we had paid for £60 for a room I think that would have been good value.Rooms: 2/5
