What's happened to this place. Used to be very good. I won't be back. Chips were tough and chewy! Fish was mostly batter. Absolute shame that this place has gone downhill so badly.

Decent portions but not great when my wee girl pulls a piece of wire seemed to be from a wire brush from her chip and stuffing with supersauce today there. I got a plain chip weren't crispy neither.Food: 2/5

Horrid, won't order again, I got "The Galley Feast", taco mince looked like dog food, excessive amounts of oil to the point that the wrapping paper was drenched in oil, batter didn't even stay on the chicken, sausage tasted like old oil, the taco mince and burger were dry as hell, no cheese or sauce despite the description saying it comes with both, and the chips were either very mushy or undercooked. My friends got the chicken kebab and chips, they said the food was practically swimming in sauce, and the sauce was very watery and the taste was mediocre at best, the salad items were chewy, and the chips were undercooked and due to the fact they were drowned in sauce, you couldn't tell they were chips at all. Would never recommend to anyone and definitely not order again, not worth the price at all. Disappointed and shocked at all of this, would give 0 stars if possible.

Such a disappointment. Normally the food is sooo nice. But on this occasion it was awful. Overcooked and an awful taste from the oil. It actually left dirty brown drips on the plate and tainted the food leaving an an unpleasant after taste in the mouth.

Great fish chips.we never pass here for well priced good food in lisburn .very friendly staff.

Normally nice place to eat but don't remember asking for metal or hair in my meal. Staff really didn't care on Saturday

I loved having food from the Galley, both takeaway and sitting in, with friendly staff and a good range of food items. However, any time I have ordered from here their food hasn't been cooked all the way through with my chicken burger being pink in the middle or chips undercooked. Has put me off having food from here, which is a pity. Maybe I will try it again soon.
