Another great value and very tasty meal in Del Toro. Under £30 for the wife and myself we shared a starter had a main course each, which neither of us could finish and a drink each. My steak sandwich and chunky chips was delicious the flavour of the dressing along with the medium rare steak was just delicious. And at £9.50 great value. The wife got a chicken Burger with chunky chips and tobacco onions she could not finish the burger or chips again in at around the same price as the steak sarnie. The duck ball starter was slightly disappointing we only got 3 of them between us ( she got 2 and I got 1) they were lovely but at about £1.15 each a bit to pricey for what they actually are, (deep fried brought in Ball's of processed duck meat) probably a huge mark up for Del Toro. The staff were friendly and helpful and we will be back.

The best steak house in the country in my opinion and I like a good steak. The quality of the cut in this place had never let me down. People may call this place dear but perfect cuts, cooked to perfection and excellent service this place ticks all the boxes so well. T-bone, sirloin or fillet always been excellent. Cosy place, veranda, good service this place will last.

Had a meal last night with friends 18th Nov 2017. I ordered the surf and turf 12oz steak. The steak was lovely but I was served a dish with cream and about 6-8 minute prawns. Really they were 10mm in length not the normal tiger prawns you would get with such a dish. The price also reflected on the latter and not what I got. Very very disappointed. I spoke to the waiter but no comment was made apart from I will speak to someone. Sorry but I don’t think I could recommend your restaurant. Yes it was my first time there and nothing was suggested to sort it!!!
