I went to the shop in the Queensmere centre this morning. There was a small display in the way (not enough space to comfortably move about in the shop).
The girl at the desk was hiding behind the till, texting or playing on her mobile. I stood at the counter and it wasn't for a little while until I was spoken to (game had to be finished first).
She didn't show any interest whatsoever. Asked for an aftershave which I had seen on the website. It was obvious she had never heard of it and said you didn't have it. When I mentioned that I had seen it on the internet I questioned if it would become available and again the answer she gave me was obviously made up there and then. She said you had a couple but had been sold in the sale!!! Ridiculous!
Get some proper staff who show some interest in customers and not in their hand held gadgets!

They sell fake perfume. Never buy from them.
