Clearly the management doesnt bother about long lines at the reception. Its a high performing branch and I have always seen long queues but one person is not enough and its a problem for many years. I try to avoid this branch and this place if always my last option, unfortunately i am stuck here again today. Reception guy is very hardworking and kind though.
Great establishment to get car parts but this branch is absolutely terrible. Parking is virtually non existent and only has one person at the till - therefore queuing times are ridiculous even if you’re just wanting to collect an order pickup. Spent over an hour to pick up one item!
Very disappointing experience at Euro Car Parts.nnThe waiting times are unacceptable — I was left queuing for a long period, only to be told that the item showing as in stock was actually not available. This seems to be a recurring issue with their stock system and it wastes customers’ time.nnThe staff were rude and unapologetic, with little product knowledge or willingness to help. There was no effort made to resolve the issue or even offer a simple apology.nnTo make matters worse, the store itself was not clean and had an unpleasant smell, which only added to the poor overall experience.nnCustomer service and organisation seriously need improvement. I won’t be returning.
Used to be decent... I placed an order online for delivery from this store, they couldn't deliver on time, couldn't cancel it and then delivered the wrong parts. I have waited over 45 minutes to get in touch with 'Customer Support' to no answer. Useless.
Unfortunately, the experience of picking up an online order or buying a product is terrible. Only one person attends to customers, many of whom don't even speak English, which makes the queue and delay even worse. I've waited over 30 minutes for an item that, when I was finally attended to, took less than 2 minutes to leave the store. The store management should be ashamed and assign two staff members to handle this problem.
