We visited on a Saturday night when they had 'Steak night' . The main menu was also available so two of us had the sirloin and the other had cauliflower and broccoli bake. Everything was absolutely delicious. It was so nice to visit a pub that served home made food and wasn't just another 'chain' pub. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the atmosphere in the pub was great. We will definitely return.
Lovely pub that sits on the upper part of the High Street. It's a Joules pub and their beers are top notch. Food was great, sandwiches followed by a large Eton Mess. Nice staff and a highly recommend visit.
It’s safe to say this is mine and my partners favourite place to eat out. The food is incredible every time, and after moving a bit further away we still regularly travel back to enjoy their food. My partner is in love with the minted lamb shoulder and nowhere else quite compares for him haha! We can’t recommend enough.
Visited Saturday lunchtime wanting a light bite and the sandwich menu, although not extensive was just what we needed. Very reasonably priced too. Nice local beers first time sampling Joules. Friendly atmosphere. Nothing fancy or sophisticated, just a lovely honest village pub.
Had a simple Saturday lunch and was very impressed by the food quality and value for money. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. A gorgeous little pub in a gorgeous location.
