We visited The Four Alls for our evening meal whilst staying down the road, it was only walking distance which meant we didn’t have to drive! Perfect! I must say we were very impressed with the food! The onion rings are amazing! Great portion sizes, and the steak and ale pie well that was divine, my other half classes himself as a pie connoisseur, and says it was in his top 3, which is a great compliment!! To be fair everything was really good, and the staff were all lovely too! We don’t live a million miles away so planning to pop back over in the future with the kids and maybe even the mother in law! Not badly priced either!
My family party of 15 have just been to the Four Alls for an evening meal and have nothing but good things to say about both the food and the friendly, efficient staff. Both the starters and main meals were all freshly cooked,full of flavour and well presented. The childrens meals were not the usual run of the mill choice and were obviously prepared from scratch, the children loved them. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful which all went to make a very pleasant evening.
A pleasure to eat here this evening. Staff were great, very friendly and attentive. Food was very good, possible the best burger I eaten I've had a few. Reasonable priced. Will definitely return again. Highly recommended.Service: 5/5
Had dinner at four alls for first time. Food was very tasty, enjoyed vegan options but would love to see more choice for Vegas as there would be some easy wins easily making the veggie dishes also vegan. Staff were very friendly though was very busy and seemed a bit understaffed. Will def come back and if they expanded the vegan menu, I'm sure we would be regulars!
very well placed accommodation but in desperate need of improvement. Decoration not changed since we last stayed in 2014. Very cold in room and bathroom. Needs new heating system and new doors and windows, very draughty. Shower was very poor. Needs some money spending to bring it up to a reasonable standard. The food is always good and the staff in the pub were lovely.
The place was lovely very clean and nice atmosphere.Food delicious we had two courses each, mains and desert.Also vegetarian meal excellent. If I have one gripe it would be that the welcome at the desk was not 'welcoming',the person concerned was more interested in the rest of the room, and indeed, even though a small number of people in our party managed to miss a meal from our order.Indeed I have to say the younger staff were first class pleasant,helpful and concerned because of the missing meal.Also the chef coming out of the kitchen to enquire if we had enjoyed our meal was a lovely touch not done much nowadays. A smile,and an apology goes a long way at any age instead of a superior attitude which belongs to no one!
Lovely staff and very helpful, food was very good and freshly cooked and the inside of the pub clean and spacious. Room decor was dated but ok, plenty of tea and coffee available to make in the room and TV to watch while in bed. Bathroom floor had a issue as it looked like it has sunk.Rooms: 3/5
We have been meaning to visit this pub for a while. We were pleasantly surprised by the food. There was also good choices for vegans and not the usual suspects that you can see on other menus.Service: 5/5
I stopped for lunch. The menu had plenty of choice and reasonablypriced. I chose the white bate starter and seabream special with samphire, basil and peas for main. Both were served promptly and hot. I resisted the desserts. The serving staff were very friendly and polite. I had to ask for cutlery and the salt and pepper was removed when my main was served. Road is pretty noisy, but I wouldn't have know it was there unless I drove past. If I'm passing, I would come back as food was very good and service was friendly.
Worst Sunday lunch I've had in several years. Microwave veg, parsnip like cardboard cooked last week, beef bang average. Dark environment with flies landing on food. Just avoid.Service: 3/5
