Haven't stayed, but excellent range of well-kept cask ales including normally a couple from Penzance Brewing Co in Crowlas, near Penzance.
The decor and young girl behind the bar were lovely......the land lady was extremely rude, we were attending a wake and half way through the evening she started hoovering the pub around our seats! This was at 18:00! Very rude and insensitive absolutely shocking behaviour. If you wanted us to leave you should have just asked. Won't be returning because of her.
Incredible hosts who made us feel very welcome and looked after. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. Rooms are located above a lively pub where you'll instantly feel at home.nnRooms are clean and well equipped. You can hear some noise from the pub but it isn't loud and they close at a reasonable time.nnWould definitely recommend!
Lovely pub with very welcoming landlord and landlady. Good food and beer.
actually kind of gutted because we had sunday roast there last weekend and for a large which was huge we paid £13.50 and this weekend the same meal was now £17.50. so disappointed, its gone from my favourite place ever to really annoying me in the space of a week, just another typical annoying unnecessary price increase, I was going to go there for sunday roast every week but not any more, so infuriating.
