The staff were really nice there. Manager and waitress were so polite and caring so it's a real shame that the food let's it down. Fatty/gristly steak, one chicken over cooked and dry and the other raw, they replaced the raw one no problem and took money off the bill. The ice cream and shakes took ages to come out and the kids were so disappointed with the shakes, they just tasted like milk with some sweets thrown on top. Children's burgers weren't very nice either. 
I would still return again in the future and hopefully the chef or food would of improved.

Very slow service but good food when it came. Service was really very good tho. Excellent waitress really looked after us including moving us to a quieter table so my wife could tend to our baby

Was a good meal ( breakfast) one chief was off due to snow this was explained and we were given £10 off our bill as our food took longer than normal to come out. We did have to ask about how long our food would be but over all was a good breakfast

A listed property with lots of character, and wooden bee am ceiling to duchy for as you walk thru the bar. Food excellent? A salad bar to dive into and excellent deserts.  A great Harvester establishment and the employees equally so. Enjoyed the visit.

This is quite an old building, narrow and claustrophobic in terms of headroom too, the long restaurant is quite hard to navigate and the toilets could be in a better place. The food was pretty good and the prices not too bad but the ordering and service took quite a long time. There's parking.
