Absolutely shocking service. Avoid shopping here online or in-store. Having been ordering for years and spending thousands per year. I will now never order again from this joke supermarket. Every order I placed had missing items. One order 15 items. Rang them was told the missing items would arrive the next day and they never arrived. Rang up again and the store manager David Gray White City, Manchester started arguing with me, having myself explain everything over and over again this idiot couldn't even get my address right for the third time me giving it to him. He sounds like an absolute moron. I'm not surprised they mess orders up. Now I have to try and get a refund. Which I've had to do each time I order. What a joke. Nightmare. Never again...avoid avoid avoid
This is Iceland on steroids. An absolutely massive range of frozen foods. In a well lit & spacious store. It has fresh meat & fresh Fruit & veg too. Sweets and BOOZE. Coming here to shop you will need a car as you will be tempted to buy a trolly load at these prices.
if i could give no stars i would. shocking service for online delivery. the driver came half hour early and we missed our order as we was expecting it at 5 and then they put a re delivery on for him to not turn up at all to my house and just say he’s attempted to deliver. poor customer service. will never order from here again.
It's OK. Obviously, you come here for the frozen stuff, but I deducted one star because something feels off. Its not their forte, but I'm not comfortable buying dairy or meat from Iceland; every time, it goes off sooner than expected.

Good choice of products. But prices climbing by the week. Multiple products to make certain items cheaper but by buying in multiples makes it expensive to save 25p a item.

If you like to buy large amounts of products at a time.... This is the place for you!.. Wide aisles and brightly lit, there's a huge choice of own brands and Household Names. Great quality, frozen and fresh, large choice of bread,cheese,fruit and vegetables. The frozen ready meals are also well worth the money too... Decent sized portions and really tasty too! There is also an extensive range of household products such as washing powders, cleaning and washing up liquids etc .. The list goes on!... Have a look when you have the time.. You won't be disappointed!
Despite my prompting by thanking the cashier twice, she failed to say a single word to me during my transaction this morning. She didn’t even glance at me or respond when I thanked her. I left feeling under-valued as a customer, especially given that the staff in Home & Bargain next door had just been so welcoming and chatty. I realise it might be a dull job, but a hint of friendliness would make all the difference. I probably won’t shop here again as I left with a sense of the young girls negativity
