It’s 9:30 am, they just opened their store. They’ve mentioned it’ll open at 8, but didn’t and I had to wait outside. Secondly, there’s a curly haired lady who is absolutely rude. Declined my parcel for no absolute reason. Please take your monkey elsewhere if you’re shopping from them.
Absolutely rude staff. Young gay, appears to be son of the owner, tried to explain couriers fault and where to pick up my parcel, which supposed to be there. I tried to understand and hear what he was saying but explained, that I can barely hear him and I knocked to the plexa window between us on the till, he hit the window back with impact and raised his voice. Took a picture of him and left the till without arguing. I asked for the manager/owner, he wasn't much more helpful being rude too explaining the situation why the parcels are missing it is not my fault I want to collect the parcel, which supposed to be there. Then the young one came over taking a picture of myself, shouting and arguing. I stated that I am not talking to him. He is the public person serving in the shop, I am not public person as a customer of this shop considering taking pictures in this situation. I'm cooperating with Customer & Retail Standards and reading other reviews under this shop I can assure something will be done regarding customer service at this place.
Had to collect a random LF test from here. Claims to open at 8am on a Thursday. 08:50 definitely not open. When they opened at 9, service was quick.
Rude family no customer service, I don't want to come back there again.

NEVER BUY FOOD ITEMS FROM THIS BRANCH Brought chicken slices from here and was expired 5 days ago and when I confronted the lady who claims to be the owners daughter without any apology or surprise told me to come back in the evening if I I have any complaints.all the products in that rack were also expired
I used a maestro card EU debit card and I was accused of lying by the quite rude and ironically European server behind the tills. She claimed I was lying about my debit card and that it's in fact a credit card and the store do not accept credit cards. 1. Maestro debit card is not a credit card 2. I have no reason to lie about my debit card being a credit card, I have no idea what the big deal was. 3. I was highly offended by being called a liar over a transaction that I didn't need to make at the shop...after she'd already taken the payment via the same debit card. I was having a lovely day in Manchester until I got to the shop!!! Rude staff.
the curly-haired woman is the most vile and horrible person ive ever encountered - kicked out me and my friend and swore at us for no reason at all. the most unprofessional and disgraceful experience ive had in a shop
Please always check the product before you bay. The staff thay are layere. If any product not good and you already bought speak to boss don't go to staff. Most check bottle lead bread packing also when you pay thay give you right amount back check on the spot. Always get recept otherwise they layered on your face if any product goes wrong.
and their schedule is until 22:00 p.m. they should update their schedules if they close before 21:45 they are close friday
