Security accusing my children of playing in the store and telling them not to play. They were not playing they were stood trying shirts on for new uniform. Nope it was 2 other girls that were playing ball with a mother no where in site. instead of apologising he told me well fine but fone let them play..... em they have been brought up not dragged up, they know not to play in supermarkets, that's why we go to the park. Then to top it of a female member of staff runs into my youngest with one of the sale clothing rails. Staff member just dragging it paying no attention, hooks it around her then rather than look at what the the rail has caught on just rags it forward..... I pulled it back said excuse me you have just ran my child over. Nothing off her she left rail and walked off. Won't be coming to this store back children accused of doing something they haven't without proof. Then an accident, with no apology.
I love it in here! I often come here to destress, which is weird considering it’s a supermarket… they have great deals and they always have plenty of stuff in the reduced sections. Their crisps selection is massive and they sell fresh fruit and vegetables individually, too
Huge supermarket which comes in very handy when staying in the area for football or cricket events, especially if going to more than a day of a Test Match at Lancashire. Staff I've encountered have been very polite and friendly. Very ample parking, and great selections of food and homewares. A lot more variety than I have in my local Tesco Extra.
Stupid little man at the self checkouts tonight, trying to tell me that I was too late, despite the security guard telling me there was a few minutes left and there were multiple other customers at the tills. Since the checkouts were still on, I just ignored him and scanned my stuff anyway.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Janette, a member of your customer service team. When I presented my digital ID, she refused to serve me. When I asked for her name, she declined to provide it and informed the manager that she had misplaced her name badge. As a loyal Tesco club member, I am deeply disappointed by her behavior.
Big box store! Had a great selection. Great location close to Old Trafford stadium.
This Tesco is generally well stocked. My hubby Daz loves your cakes. Not that he needs any more LOL
Bit of a mess today. I don't really blame the staff necessarily, but it seems people can't put things that they don't want back where they belong. Random stuff on random shelves makes finding what you want difficult. Often out of stock of things I'm looking for.
This store is quite up and down. They keep running out of basics like cheese and bread. Several times now I've had shopping deliveries not turn up or turn up grossly incomplete. Never had this with other chains and stores, the service levels for delivery are really bad.
On 24th-Dec-2019 we were planning to have our breakfast outside and after looking for some places online we decided to go to Tesco Extra. Breakfast was really good and not expensive at all. I had veggie breakfast and my wife had regular English breakfast. We both enjoyed it. Also had coffee and tea with our breakfast. Sharing some pics.
