The sheer lack of customer service provided by the lady on the phone, who refused to give me her name, was a complete shambles and extremely disappointing considering the number of positive feeback online, which is what encouraged my husband to use this company on mothering sunday! They took £30.00 from him for a service and product to be delivered to our home, however the delivery driver (also the business owner) failed to deliver the item successfully. Not only did we have no flowers, we also received no phone call informing us of any difficulties encountered upon 'attempting' the delivery. I was home all day and concierge are there 24/7 to accept all deliveries. Since you are an award winning business in 2015, I would have hoped a full refund and sincere apology was in order but NO all we got was a woman who told us she didn't have to deal with us! Shocking! Avoid this company like the plague! We will be notifying trading standards and going to great effort to ensure we receive an apology and compensation for our negative experience, especially since they refuse to answer the phone now!
