Excellent customer care. I called late afternoon for delivery that evening. It was a sympathy bouquet white and yellow. My friend sent a photo when she received it and it was so beautiful. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for quality and a reliable service. Thank you.
Brilliant service. Called 1 day before to check if the florist could arrange specific bouquet of flowers. This was to give for my wife for celebrating our anniversary. She was very helpful and advised she will get fresh flowers next day morning to make the bouquet and ready to be picked up at lunch next day. Definitely purchase flowers from the florist again in the future.
Telephoned and spoke to the lovely lady owner on a Saturday morning to order flowers for a dear friend who recently lost her mum. Gave my budget requirements and asked for same day delivery. All done, within my budget and within approximately 2 hours. Amazing service and the icing on the cake was that my friend absolutely love the flowers!

I have been meaning to write this review for some time. When I was traveling to my grandmother's funeral, I stopped to pick up a card. I had already been to a florist in Debden & Loughton. Both told me that cards come free with flowers, but as I hadn't purchased from them, I could not have a card, & I couldn't buy one either. The florist at The Flower Shop gave me a card, and did not charge me. They really helped me in my hour of need! I wish you all the very best for the future, and would strongly encourage anyone to use this kind florist! Kindest regards!
Went in to see if I could get a quick few bunches made up only to be told by the manager very rudely and abruptly “No, orders only and I will call you when it’s ready”. Bit sad as the florist was ready to make the bunches but was told not to and I was told to purchase something from the shelf or a £5 balloon.
Good florist. Decent selection of flowers. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Slightly expensive.
Always a friendly and personal service. You can see that she takes pride in her work. I definitely recommend this shop.
