I ordered by phone and spoke to someone called Amber in September who took my order. I spelt out my mum's name and also emailed Amber with my special note to add to my mum's funeral casket. My mums name was in the subject line of the email. Have to say the funeral spray was beautiful. I was however really upset to see my mum's name miss-spelt on the spray of flowers on the casket. When asked to get a copy of the invoice for probate reasons the correct spelling of my mum's name Yvonne was crossed through and an "I" was put on the form instead of Y. Attention to detail for a funeral order really wasn't given and it made a sad day even more upsetting making me feel my mum's name was not important.

Once again "Flowers by Karen" have done a marvellous job. We ordered two bouquets for two special members of our Church. The flower arrangements were beautiful, the flowers were bright, colourful and cheerful. The first was for a person in the care home. It not only brightened her day but added to the Welcome of the Sabbath on Friday night. Everyone in her area loved the smell of the flowers and it put a smile on their faces. The second lady was very surprised and delighted to receive flowers on Monday, letting her know she is not alone during her life-changing illness. Hope is very much alive! We have used Flowers By Karen due to their location and we're very pleased with our purchases in the past, and their customer service and friendliness, so using them for our wedding flowers was a no brainier! However, we were not ready for the amazing beauty of our wedding flowers! *happy tears* Karen seemed so excited about doing our flowers for us that it made me feel so special. She assured me that we were going to have a really good display for our budget. But I wasn't ready for how stunning they actually were and they looked like they had cost a great deal more than they they had. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Karen, and girls :) You really made our day I can't express how happy we are and how much everybody loved them! 'Pick these flowers!'
