Lovely cafe that has a cosy feeling about the place. Friendly attentive service, amazing food and the milkshakes / hot chocolate specials are amazing - not to be missed!

Lovely dog friendly cafe, good quality cakes, tea coffee and light bites. Really friendly staff, we will definitely go here  again.

Live local and when I have friends from london visit always take them to flower cafe.most amazing hot chocolates ever.never fails to disappoint my guests.

Had not booked but were made very welcome. Ordered my Devon cream tea, which came quickly and was beautiful. Highly recommend this pleasant little gem
