Really disappointed. Save your money and go elsewhere, even the co-op flowers last longer! Went in to buy flowers and wasn't sure how much a decent bouquet would cost. Staff were no help at all and a little rude actually. Eventually decided to spend £45 on a bouquet and I've never been so disappointed. Expecting a huge bouquet to arrive, instead a sparse and medium-small bouquet arrived. The flowers died very quickly, despite using flower food and changing water. The sunflowers were palm sized, followed by little Lillie's which never even opened. For £45 I expected a large bouquet with decent sized flowers. Will not be returning here again. Go elsewhere.

I needed to arrange funeral flowers. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and made a number of recommendations to help me choose the flowers. It made a potentially stressful time pass with ease.

My partner went in to get me some flowers for Valentine's day and was made to feel so awkward by the staff because he was only spending a small amount of money, one member of staff then went up stairs to get flowers and told another member of staff and laughed. My partner felt so awful that he didn't even give me the flowers because he was embarrassed. Used this shop for year as well as my family not anymore. Litrally still in shock he was tret that way.

I used to own a flower shop and must say the service and value for money from the Flower Cabin is second to none. Whenever I have ordered something it has always been ready for collection on time or delivered on time and the flowers always last a good length of time. I would definately recommend the Flower Cabin. First class service and product.
