Went in to buy flowers for mother’s day at the weekend and left regretting every penny spent. The lady who served us was rude and patronising, she treated like our visit to the shop to buy a £30 bouquet of flowers was a real inconvenience. She gave us absolutely no help - we asked for something colourful and she just asked us to pick the flowers ourselves (I don’t think this is a “pick your own” florist, is it?). She quite clearly didn’t agree with our choices as she scowled and scoffed, but when asked for her opinion or suggestions, we got nothing. I have never experienced such terrible service in a florist - if I knew how to construct the perfect bouquet I would open my own shop, but I chose to come here and pay a premium for someone to do it for me. We left the shop with an OK bunch of flowers, feeling embarrassed and disappointed. Won’t be returning or recommending.

Bought flowers Friday before Mother’s Day. Not a good choice, asked if what they had was fresh and ok to last, was told that they would be fine. They went in the bin on Tuesday. Service wasn’t good either, I felt like I was intruding. Won’t be going there again.

Appalling customer service and flowers... Very aggressive chap who also threatened to report my grocery delivery chap who agreed some of the fklowers were dead .. Said he was going to report him to his employer ??? They did come and remove them .i left them outside my door .. .and said they would refund my elderly mother as she sent them as a birthday gift .
