Asked for flowers to be delivered after midday as partner would be returning from an upsetting appointment and it would help cheer her up. Flowers arrived in the morning. No phone call to let me know. I rang shop excuse-" Delivery girl had an appointment in the afternoon" Not good enough. Will be using Julies Flowers or E flowers of Alnwick in future. I average £300/year in flowers so thats there loss.

Flowers arrived and were suffocated in foliage and greenery only gyp and a couple of other flowers, no colour or presentation.
