Great customer service. There was a small mix up on my online order, which  they sorted out pretty much immediately with no fuss. Beers tasted great as well!

Just enjoying a beautifully conditioned pint of Five Points Pale in the recently refurbished Bedford pub in Balham. A real joy! Hoppy , clean, crisp, smooth head and well under £5 a pint! Highy recommended!

Great product but seriously let down by sales staff - Dealt with Peter Northwood who was seriously rude and has terrible customer service standards

Just popped in to ask if I could use to loo but ended up having a pint ; very nice attitude and friendly staff . You can still smell the fresh painting and fresh friendly faces .... my new favourite place

This is one of the best brewing company in london! I've tested few of them and they are absolutely delicious! Wish could find them in every pub

Hook Island Red is the best beer I have ever tasted and I have tasted them ALL!
