Certainly not 5 stars. The breakfasts used to be nice but now are made in advance and kept 'warm'. When you get the finished product it's certainly not warm or hot. As for the 5 star food and hygiene rating thats a joke. Girl sweeps floor/sorts newspapers etc, then goes straight on to preparing food without washing hands or wearing disposable gloves. And that's 5 star hygiene? Not in my book.

Rubbish service and rude people. Too busy talking to each other than actually servicing you, no wonder they couldn't remember my order. Food nice but let down by the service.
