Absolutely appalling delivery / customer service was told 45 mins, the driver phoned me 1hr 10 mins later to tell me he was outside when I went to the door he wasn't there. I phoned the shop to be told they will sort it and ring me back after 5mins no call. I rang them to be told he's a big man on his way I asked why should being big matter ? intimidation doesn't. Eventually they turned up 15mind later, i use they because not only the driver turned up but the manager in another car!!!! The garlic bread was cold that got passed back to them I gave the moneyto be told he had no change...at this point I nearly exploded, there was no way they were having a tip! When they left I checked the rest of the order and they forgot and mixed stuff up.

If your happy paying for an incomplete order then this is the place to go!! Have used this restaurant for a very long time and food has mostly on the whole been nice but 3 wrong orders lately and if you call restaurant they promise replacements you never receive or don’t answer will I order again NO i’ll go elsewhere not good upholland pizziera

Just ordered combination kabab . Wanted special but got what I think is a mixed grill kebab despite checking several times with them . No salad, no chips pitta bread dry / stale. Mainly donna kabab very litte shish or chicken . Very disa,ppointed will not be going again

Allways collect And drive home to Billinge. Food still warm and nice. Only downside kebab portions gone smaller but still tasty
