Visited at lunch time on Sunday, not too busy when we arrived, were seated fairly promptly. The server was a trainee, he was polite but needs work on his server skills (our plates had not been cleared when the bill arrived) I personally don't agree with this order of service. Overall the experience was as expected , good salad bar and mains came out in good time.

As a middle class OAP foodie type with adult children and no grandchildren yet it's not really my type of place. However, I have been 3 times in the last year. The salad bar offsets some faults with the food; the breakfasts are excellent value; and the staff have always been pleasant and helpful.

Seems to be improving. It went through a difficult time where lots of the staff were not great and it was not well led. There was always loads and loads of items not available but there is a new manager there now who seems to be turning it around the service is much better now and it seems much more organised and well led. And the staff all look pleased to be there. The proof is in the pudding as the place is always busy now. I now much prefer this harvester and would like to go back. The Redgrove (other harvester in Cheltenham) is awful now so the Brewery Harvester is definitely the better of the two. Keep up the good work guys.

Would give it -1 stars if I could. In an almost empty restaurant, we had a 1 hour wait for main courses and salad bar empty for the majority of the wait despite multiple staff walking past it and seeing the state of it and various people telling waiting staff it was empty. Kitchen staff could also see it from where they were stood chatting. 2 meals left on the hot plate for over 15 minutes while waiting for the other 2 meals to be ready. When we complained the waitress asked "what am I supposed to do about it?! It's here now" This is not in anyway acceptable..
