"Our Quiet Hour aims to create a calmer retail environment for autistic people by switching off the music, dimming lighting where possible and removing noisy demos. Quiet Hour runs for the first hour of opening. The Entertainer is one of the UKs largest toy retailers, currently operating over 170 stores. The store has a very large selection of toys for children from a few months old, the quality is good. BUT!!! You should pay attention to the prices when paying at the checkout, many of the prices on the shelf are not updated on their system, for example they charged me for two products for £40 instead of £12 and for another item they charged me £8 instead of £5, and I also found out at home that they sold me batteries for 3 pounds that I didn't even ask for.
Love this shop , went to buy family a few gifts and ended up wanting to buy for me.
The layout of the shop should base on age . For example 6 months to 1 year old should be in one section and 1 year old to 2 year old in next section and so on for other age . But at moment all ages are mixed

Great toy shop with a large, well organised selection. It can be crowded they could do with more people at the till so take your time.

Bought this dinosaur from there. They have a lot of toys for different ages. Also bought via Amazon a toy from them named LuvaBella. A lovely doll interacting like a real baby. Have lots of sensors built it. You can feed her, play with her. I recommend LuveBella
Very helpful staff and the store was well organised and stocked. Because they are so well stocked, it can get dangerous if you bring your kids, or are an adult with disposable income to burn cause there is so many things you want and can get from there. I'll happily go back there to get more "gifts".
