I wasn't going to leave a review until I saw the man below leave a 1 star review, this shop is absolutely AMAZING!!! Went there this Friday for my black Friday sales, Jos and Jay gave me the best customer service, the shop was buzzing with people and I can definitely say my nephews and I contributed to clearing their shelves this year. These two are very kind young men with impeccable knowledge and enthusiasm in RC - this business is a perfect exemplar for anyone who wants to start up and carry a business. I will definitely be returning and recommending to all friends and family.

I'm upset that I can only give this shop 5 stars. I wish I could give them 10. These guys are absolutely fantastic. I had a big project that needed help and although they were busy, they dropped everything they were doing to help me. Their service, craftsmanship and attention to detail is incredible. I cannot thank them enough and I would definitely recommend this shop to any RC enthusiast. I will shop there again

What a brilliant shop and customer service!!  Called shop to ask for some information and Josh was very helpful, polite and not pushy for a sale but actually genuine.  Arrived at shop after reserving 2 drifting cars and found josh had kindly charged the batteries up so me and my so could go straight out and have some fun.  Will definitely be using this shop again was worth the travel coming from North London on London transport.  Once again a big thank you to Josh & Trevor for a wonderful service and such a warm and friendly welcome.

Had an Awful experience. Staff where happy to sell me an item. Absolutely awful after sale service were the owner and especially his son were incredibly rude/agressive and condescending. I have never ever experienced such rude and hyper aggressive people. I  Would not buy from this place again... Ever. Within 24 hours of posting this review. Central RC motors called me on my mobile.... Not too offer me refund, but too harass me as to why I posted a review a negative one and said "if you've got anything to say, come and say it to our faces"  will report this behaviour to Google and the police. This is totally unprofessional behaviour at there end. Hopefully I won't receive any more harassment from them.

First class service from friendly, efficient and enthusiastic staff. Having just bought R/C car on Ebay having a dabble/play after a 30 year  break, I knew that I would need nitro fuel, spare glow plug & plug spanner. The two sons of the owner soon put me at ease and gave me exactly what I needed. The enthusiasm and subject knowledge showed that they had many years of experience and it is nice to see passion for the hobby like this. I certainly will be returning...probably for spares as I know I will be breaking something. Great shop with just about everything you could possibly want and not located too far for me.

This shop is great I bought 2 peterol cars from the shop, fixed them really quick. With low prices, give you lots of tips and trick. Great people, showed me how to fly a play the last time I went. What a good shop!

I have bought over 4 cars, 2 handsets & 7 litres of fuel from this shop in a space of 2weeks, very knowledgeable guys Jay & Jos are a killer team when it comes to sales they no exactly what they are talking about. Service is great. Great atomsphere. Great people. Great shop  Luis & Garcia & Fred

What a wonderful, wonderful place. Having looked online for RC nitro accessories outlets in SW London, I went for the first time on Saturday 27 Feb 2016 with my mad-keen 13-year old son to buy spares for his nitro buggy. We were struck immediately by the warmth and enthusiasm of the welcome and their willingness to talk and talk and talk about the passion they share with my son I'm the keen spectator. As a 13-year old relative novice, at no time did he feel in any way that he was being talked down to - quite the opposite, in fact. We left the shop with all the things we needed,  a ton of great advice, and a stack of top tips and shared know-how. My son was grinning from ear to ear, and so pleased that he could at last talk to real people about his hobby, rather than an anonymous online chat forum or an uninterested call-centre employee. This is a great place run by super-interested enthusiasts, and has to be THE place to go if you're based even remotely nearby and love everything RC. We'll be back, and very soon!

You know what, this will be the only store I use from now on for this type of gear...  Such honest people in that shop I couldn't believe it. I went in to spend £300 on a drone that I would have probably just flew Into a tree with.. Instead, these guys have gave me the right drone for a beginner instead of them just thinking about profit.  Top guys n really appreciate the advice that they have given.  A*

If you're reading this, you should stop now and go to this shop instead. Of course it's relatively easy to buy everything you need online but we made a special effort to drive across London to look at, and then buy stuff for my sons school project. And I have to say it was so worth it - this is a great shop with loads of stuff and models of all sizes, but all the staff were amazing. They spent a lot of time listening to and then getting the right bits for my 10 year old, and also managed to keep the rest of my family engaged while this happened. They explained soldering, listened and were fun and laid back about everything. Other shops could learn a thing or 2 about customer satisfaction and service here too. We'll be back, it's already both of my sons' favourite shop.
