Visited today for an early lunch as 2 adults and 3 children. Not visited here for some years now and I must admit the place is looking very tired now and in need of some investment. This is a shame as the location, the staff and the building itself is very good. The staff particularly were very welcoming but seems over stretched when more customers came later. As for the food...we ordered from the feed the family for £16 so I will try and balance my thoughts. The portion sizes were quite small but I guess that is the compromise for ordering from the offer menu. The food was ok  but largely underwhelming. We paid £5.99 for a boneless SFC to accompany the mains but this came as 3 nugget sized pieces of chicken. Tasted ok but for £2 a nugget is way overpriced. In comparison wetherspoons or hungry horse offer better quality food, larger portions sizes and particularly wetherspoons more value options on drinks. Shame as could be so much better

Food was OK  , service was great except when we arrived no one greeted us and we found our reserved table ourselves otherwise not a bad night

So glad we came here. We had the dining out gift cards given for birthdays. Saw some bad reviews which made me unsure but decided to try for ourselves. We both really enjoyed our meal. It was busy but didn't wait long to be seated or served. Had the mega grill and Gyros, 2 pints of Madri and 2 glasses of Woo Woo and just over £46. Thought that was a good deal with how much food you got. The Gyros also came with 2 large flatbreads and salad. Friendly staff and clean pub. Would definitely come again, so happy to recommend.

I had the pleasure of being served by Chloe during my visit, and she truly made the experience exceptional. From the moment we were seated, she greeted us with a warm and friendly smile, making us feel right at home. She was attentive without being overbearing, and her knowledge of the menu helped guide us to some fantastic choices. Every time we needed something, she was quick to respond, and her positive attitude made the entire meal enjoyable. It’s rare to find such attentive and personable service, and I’m grateful for her outstanding hospitality. I’ll definitely be back, and I hope to be served by her again!

Honestly I can't say a bad word about the place, we've been time and time again and everything from Charlotte to Edd to the insanely positive bar staff, every visit is always a pleasure.nnThe food comes hot and on time every single time, we've never had a single problem and with the manager freely walking the restaurant you never feel like you don't have someone to talk to should you ever have a problem.nnAtosmephere is always lively, family's and groups of mates just enjoying their time at this wonderful place really just seal's this place as one of the places we will always return to!nnHighly encourage all those that live local to give this place a chance
