A beautiful building with tasty themed cocktails for certain movies and the leather seats at the front with the footrests. A great experience for movie lovers. Take seat a comfy seat and just be carried away by the movie.
Underground gem. Glad I’ve experienced this cinema. Sofa seats were comfortable. Overall a better experience than Everyman cinemas. Could improve by selling popcorn
Superb cinema - quirky, charming and cosy with a rich heritage ; the oldest working cinema in the UK so a real gem for film lovers. Retro and vintage films are played often with themed cocktails /drinks to add to the fun.
Awesome place, great location
Amazing cinema. Only went to take photos. But it dates to 1909. The oldest working cinema in the UK. So much heritage. Used to be The Tatler News Theatre.
Hands down my favourite Cinema. The popcorn cocktail is incredible. Love the cocktails being themed to the film. The snacks are great. Actually has a little bar not just naff bottled stuff.
Loved my experience. Its been many years since i have visited the Electric Cinema and i love the nostalgia and the retro vibe you get when you step inside. I came to watch Nightmare on Elm Street with my mate which i loved seeing it on the big screen after 35 yrs. The fudge i purchased was also AMAZING!!! Lovely night.
Very quaint and humble. Offers a thematic cinema experience, compared to the bombastic norm. As a Muslim in Birmingham, concessions are definitely alcohol centric so may not be ideal for a full cinema experience to some audiences otherwise, ticket collection is easy and viewing is satisfactory
