A very professional, well organised working environment for a band, the room we booked was large and spacious and had a cracking sound system. There's a nice little cafe area as well as an on site music shop - a complete one stop for the working musician
My band and I have been rehearsing at Robannas for nearly 20 years, which in itself shows how happy there we are. The rehearsal rooms are £10 hour which is very reasonable. Every room is kitted out with a PA, two guitar amps usually at least one Marshall, a bass amp, keyboard amp, drum kit and 3 vocal mics but Rob will give you more if you need them. Your drummer can pick from a selection of snares and pedals and if you need anything like guitar strings, plectrums, ear plugs, snacks, hot and cold drinks etc you will find a range to buy from. Robannas also have a huge selection of guitar pedals that you can try, and if you like them, buy too! I can't speak highly enough of the establishment and the owner. Oh, and I nearly forgot the cats, and often the cutest kittens you can imagine! A great place.
Loved it… Had a spice girls dance workshop
Absolute blast doing a dance routines with a group of friends. One of those fab Brum venues run by friendly people that is a quiet hub of vibrant music scene.
I love it here it's got a real old school musicians haven for jamming out with your band and recording with there studio too! Plus Rob is just a gorgeously respectful kind guy and the all the other staff members are always willing to go the extra mile to help out! LOVE YOU ALL HERE AT ROBANNAS!
We travel an hour from Worcester to get to Robannas and its totally worth it - the rooms sound great, loud amps, the drums are pre tuned never had that at a studio before Rob the owner is always welcoming and its got a great atmosphere, its really a home from home kind of place. We make a day of it and do the all day discount deal.
You would have to be bananas not to use Robannas ! Very good facilities and friendly helpful staff. Except for the 1 bloke, who looks like he'd rather be somewhere else. Maybe he's on work experience or YTS ? I've got no idea. You can buy tea/ coffee or cold drinks at reasonable prices. A GREAT place to use for rehearsing.
Robannas is awesome, the longest running studios in Bham with all the famous name bands history to back it up, great gear and great atmosphere, food and drinks too,all round awesome place, why go anywhere else.
Hired a bass cabinet and bass head unit from Robannas. Really friendly service and the equipment was perfect for what I needed to use it for.
Superb service, Rob and crew could not have been more helpful and competitive. Highly recommended for backline hire, rehearsal and all your production needs.
