My son has had his hair done here a few times and there was no problems, which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1.
This time however, he went in and explained that he was trying to grow his hair long, but needed it tidied as he was getting filmed for his hip hop. I went to post a letter and when I came back he had a short back and sides. I popped my head in the door (I had the dog), and asked the receptionist to tell her to stop taking off any more length. I went in to pay, and told the girl that he had been trying to grow his hair, that's why I asked her to stop.
We got back to the car and I noticed his fringe was really badly squint. I phoned the hairdressers who told me to take him back later that day. Due to ill health i was unable to go back with him. He came out and his fringe was halfway up his forehead. It not only looks stupid, it looks like one of his friends cut his hair instead of a professional. 
I called to speak to a manageress, only to be told there wasn't one on til the next day. I asked for them to call me back, nothing. I phoned back the next day to be told there wasn't a manager in but they had tried to call me 3 times. I have called display, and was also housebound due to my illness. I am supposed to call tomorrow to speak to the elusive manager, but if they can't be bothered with their customers, I can't be bothered trying to rectify the situation, and decided to review instead.
