I visited the salon for the first time this past Saturday, the 14th February 2015. My stylist was a lovely girl named Ann-Marie. Her confidence in her own ability shone through and put me at ease immediately. I love my colour and it is the best cut I have ever had. I will certainly be going back. I think it is also worth noting that all of the girls were friendly and welcoming. So often in salons only the person doing your hair speaks to you, but everyone at Spoil Me Hair was very nice. It felt as though they were a close team who care about each client.

I moved here from the USA and have had so much trouble getting my hair done the way I like. After several failed attempts and many tears I decide to try again with Spoil Me. I have my formula that I brought from the USA because it is international colours that were used on my hair there. Rhea is who I had the appointment with. I didn't have to wait long at all before Rhea got started on me. She matched my formula with the products they use. I was soooo scared!!!!!! I think Rhea was nervous too after I had told her my horror stories and how I just want my hair to be right for once in this country LOL....Short story... IT'S PERFECT!!!!!!!!! Rhea did such a great job and she was sooo friendly! Her cut and colour was an exact match! I will ALWAYS go here and let Rhea do my hair. I will add that the other ladies in the salon were sweet as can be. I got a cup of tea and was asked if I wanted a magazine. I was constantly thought of and cared about. I don't see how anyone would rate this place bad. WAY TO GO all of you (especially Rhea)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I actually very rarely leave negative review, but I feel like I need to express my negative experience. Problem is, this salon is taking too many clients at the same time. I ended up waiting for 45 min for my turn. And yes I did turn up on time... After that I was lead to the chair only to sit further 10 min somewhere else basically. One lady comes to me and puts the apron on me, but no it is not the one that will do my hair... Then second comes and asks what I wish for. I explain and we agree on a colour and cut I wanted. Then she walks away to tell another lady who is busy doing someone else's hair. So I wait another further 15 min... Finally the third lady hair dresser comes and starts applying the hair colour. At that point I am thinking I hope what she is doing because it was the lady before I spoke to about what I want... Then she walks off saying that somebody else will keep an eye on the colour development as she is busy with somebody else now... (I am client too!!! I am thinking in my head getting annoyed). So I wait and wait 40 min worried about my hair colour also being splatted all over my face and ears because it was so rushed. Another (number 4) lady comes to lead me to the basin to wash my colour off... HOLD ON! NO! IT IS NOT MY TURN. So I am sent back to my seat for another 10 min, with my colour still on my hair (getting seriously dark now). I am anxious so I ask at least to wash the colour of my face and ears. Lady number 4 does it. She is very nice, but nothing at that point makes it better to be honest. Ok, I finally get my hair washed and cut. Do I feel like my hair was being spoiled? NO! I hate my colour, its far too darker than I wanted it to be. I paid 60 pound to be annoyed... If you want to be spoiled don't go here. They are trying to squeeze as many clients as they can to make more money. It is not about being spoiled. I am thinking about buying a box colour now to fix it... Sorry Spoil Me Hair, but this is true experience with you.
