I take my 2 sons here when they need a haircut, my oldest has learning difficulties & sometimes I simply can't get his hair done at all, If my oldest is in a good mood & I think he might sit for a haircut we will just pop in & have always been seen within 5 mins & are always made to feel welcome. Which is odd because they certainly aren't quiet they're clearly a successful hairdressers. After they've had 5he haircut they always get a treat from the stylist usually a sweet & a sticker. I've added a pic of my 4 year old last week at élan

While I was in waiting for the wife they made me a lovely cup of coffee. The staff were very friendly

Didn't listen to what I asked for, didn't clean up the sides, left them very uneven, ended up having to trim the hair around my ears myself after.
