If I could give no stars - I would! I have dropped my coat off to be cleaned twice now. The first time the coat had clearly not been cleaned (still had mud & my hair on it). I’ve just picked my coat up and although it now appears clean (if you can say that), the smell on it is unbearable - definitely not wearable. It smells like musk and damp! I’m so disappointed and will have to now repay for it to be cleaned somewhere else! AVOID!! It will only leave you having to pay twice & waste a lot of time and effort on something that should be easily cleaned!
