Story

The Seamstress was established in June 2011 and is owned and run by Tracy, who has over 25 years of manufacturing anything from ladies and children's wear, underwear, safety wear, MOD uniforms and much more. The Seamstress can do repairs or alterations to a number of materials including, leather, denim, PVC, lace, silk, satin, velvet and much more. The Seamstress will also be offering a dry cleaning service, acting as an agent for Personal Pride dry cleaners.The Seamstress prides herself on having a friendly approach, whilst still remaining professional, reliable and discreet. Most of the current work at The Seamstress comes via recommendation from new and existing customers. Unlike some other alteration services, The Seamstress is located in a shop with a good sized changing area and uses industrial machines, which give your items a better looking finish. The Seamstress offers free, no obligation quotes. A same day and next day service is also available. All jobs are considered as no job is too big or too small.
