Room was nice and you could tell the bathroom had been decorated recently. However walls in the rooms and stairways could do with a refresh. Also had 4 bottles of shower gel but no shampoo and there was no plug near the mirror which made it difficult to do my hair! Food in the restaurant and breakfast were very nice.

Very good value for money. Clean room. Good restaurant in pub. Fire was a bit smoky! Coffee tasted a bit metallic at breakfast but overall very good

Good food, reasonably attentive staff (forgot to serve the wine with the meal until I reminded them) roast beef very good, could have done with a bit more gravey, all in all a good experience
