I bought windows off this company in 2012 and left a good review myself. 12 years down line the windows have wrecked my living/dining room. I have had damp walls for a few years now I've done a couple of damp courses but nothing seemed to solve the problem. All the plaster had to ripped off as it was hanging off I took the windowsill off and it was soaking wet underneath it. I came home from work one day and it was soaking wet in the corner by the frame and had rain running down on the inside of the frame. I removed the plaster running down the side of the frame to find a 20mm gap which should have been 5mm. I had found the source of my problems a window that was too small for the opening but they just fitted it anyway and filled it with foam and silicone. I just want all the customers leaving good reviews what they should expect in 10 years look at my pictures. In response to your response I do not want any help or advice from the Discount Window Centre. I am sure the windows were properly sealed when fitted in 2012. But over the years somewhere a long the the line the silicone has failed. In your response you fail to mention the size of the gap from frame to brickwork which is 19 mm at the bottom and 25mm at the top. With a gap that big if the foam or silicone fails water will definitely come in and it has and that is my issue. I have added another photo were you can clearly see the water coming in. I have had no response from this company about the gap in my window due to poor measuring. So 'Without Predujice' if you want damp walls buy your windows from this company
We bought a composite front door from The Discount Window Centre as we had a good service from this company previously with replacement windows.The door fitter Jeff is very experienced and did a first class professional job. We also have peace of mind with a great warranty and after care/ support if needed which is important to us. Thank you Jeff fitter Paul. sales. and the team. The door looks great and has already been complimented on several times .

Amazing!! You need to move quickly to get the best price but the quality of windows is brilliant. Our fitters were John & Chris and we were so lucky as they were a class act! Worked so hard to get everything done for us & their quality of work is outstanding! Would definitely recommend

Would 100% recommend. Excellent price, friendly staff on the phone and really quick to respond to emails. Had a bay window, French doors and front door replaced. Tony and Trevor were so friendly and did an amazing job with the fitting. This included fitting a cat flap into the French doors, which they sorted with no issues. They also ensured to keep the original features around the front door, which I think looks lovely. They tidied up all their mess and stayed until they were happy everything was how it should be. All in all, a brilliant experience. Thank you.
We ordered our french doors from here, saving over £600 which another company quoted the same day. Tony and Trevor were our fitters- brilliant job! Would definitely ask for them again if having work done to the house. One months wait from ordering to having them fitted. No messing around either. Clean, tidy, friendly and professional. Job was done in a reasonable about of time too! Doors look amazing!! Can’t thank them enough! Put a photo up on social media and within 30 mins people were asking where we’d gone. Already advised 3 others to use the company and request Trevor and Tony as fitters! Added a before and after photo!
Had windows triple glazed installed and we are very happy with everything from beginning to end. The windows look great and make a difference. The installation team put dust sheets down and left everything clean. Would use this company again.
