Was calling many times, but nobody coming to sort problems. Don't trust them

Lee from Arena windows came out to adjust my dad’s  UPVC front door that he had installed by Arena windows a few months ago  . Lee  turned up on time , was extremely helpful and went out of his way to show my dad  the adjustment . A credit to Arena windows !

Woman who answered the phone needs to polish up her customer  service skills which are sadly lacking very rude. Had my whole house fitted with new windows and doors, they wanted final payment before job was completed obviously no one in there right mind would do that.

I ordered a conservatory 7 windows front an back door. I found this company the cheapest on 5 quotes. The fitting team turned up on time and job was complete in 2 1/2 days. I think they done a great job so happy with the windows.
