Second time I have had Arena windows out, They are absolutely amazing, From start to finish. From coming out to measure to surveyor coming out very professional. I asked, could I have the same lads that I had last time, and today they came and put my new French doors in. They are absolutely fantastic. Took everything away, the doors are absolutely amazing. They are professionals hard-working and get on with the job. they clean up after themselves and leave it spotless. I would not go with anyone else, thank you Mark and everyone that works at arena windows from Lynn and Brian Porter

Absolutely shocking customer service. I have been trying for MONTHS now to get a basic confirmation that the windows supplied and installed by this company meet PAS-24 requirements, which is a basic manufacturing guarantee that comes with them, and I am being constantly fobbed off and now told they have never even heard about it. Clearly don't care about their reputation, or customers, and clearly aren't a proud business. Highly unprofessional and unhelpful. Avoid at all costs.
I'm so impressed with this company. Adam gave me a quote over the phone and window was fitted the following week. It looks great, I'm really pleased. Great service, thanks lads.
I would just like to thank the staff at Arena windows and doors for their excellent service from start to finish. Bobbie came to measure and suggested what would be best for our needs and recommended which type of door we needed. He had a good range to choose from and we valued his suggestions. We were booked in and the fitters turned up as arranged. They were quick,efficient,tidy and pleasant. We could not fault this company in any way. We would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends and would most certainly use them again if need be. So thank you guys. Sue and Frank Malvern close
One star still seems too generous for this place. Receptionists both were extremely rude and by no means pleasant. No customer care whatsoever. Vile, full of verbal diarrhoea and extremely unprofessional - to be on the forefront of a customer focused business, I would look elsewhere. Very surprised at managers/ owners allowing this type of gross bullying behaviour to take precedence especially in this day and age. The only person who suffered in this diabolical charade, was my elderly housebound mother who has dementia- appreciate your help and time Arena Windows I’m disgusted with you.
NEVER get your windows and doors done by these people they are happy to turn up and fit them for you and take money off you quick enough, but if anything ever goes wrong with them then they don't turn up on any day or time requested and their customer service is absolutely dreadful such as putting phones down on customers who have paid for these windows and doors. We have had a small problem with the bottom of our patio door not locking properly in which they stated on the phone would be a very quick fix, how-ever after waiting months for them to get back to us and to book a time and date they have FAILED to turn up FOUR times.
I ordered a conservatory 7 windows front an back door. I found this company the cheapest on 5 quotes. The fitting team turned up on time and job was complete in 2 1/2 days. I think they done a great job so happy with the windows.
