Staff very friendly and nice especially a lovely girl who looked after outdoor tables. Bar staff helpful despite very busy Saturday. Good meals and choice of few classic lagers.

Wow what a beautiful meal. They set a table up for us in bar area because we had the dog with us. Fantastic food. Everyone mentions the staff, this group are a fantastic accommodating team. Whoever owns this place must be or should be so proud.

Poor staff training,food simple and bland,bar staff(girls) slagging pub next door off,bar girls saying how one of them is the local bike!!! All in all not a nice visit to this once lovely pub! The Foresters next time im here.

The food was lovely, but the service was very slow. It was nice and warm with a cozy atmosphere. Also, it would have been helpful to know that pets were allowed. I wasn't expecting to share the space with so many animals. I'm not a pet person at all.

Friendly service but was very busy and running a reduced menu when we visited on new years eve. No gas in soft drinks meant a wait for the kids. Food was good but not outstanding
