Bought a balloon dog one day and took it back the next as it didn't suit my house at all. Well...no way was I being given a refund!! The manager told me that I had signed to agree to the terms and conditions and I told him I was asked to sign that the goods were in good condition when I took them. The terms and conditions are on the back of the receipt, where no-one would think to look. Also they refer to your deposit and your 'order'. When I pointed this out I was told that my order was the item I had purchased. I received a credit note which runs out in 3 MONTHS . I will never buy anything again in The Designer Rooms and will advise people of my experience. I just feel used and conned as there are no signs to say that they won't give refunds. Very bad customer service....beware.

Wow ! what can i say, Worst Retailer on the Planet ! Sales of Goods acts apparently dont apply to these crooks ! No returns, all sales are final and if you dont agree we will beat you up ! Having to go through the whole trading standards and courts now ! Do not use, i know they have shiney bright stuff but its just not worth the hassle please avoid them ! They deliver and you open and its broke, TOUGH, your keeping that with no refund ! do not use
