The range of furniture on display was well set out & matched with what was available to see on the website. Decided to buy a range of furniture but the salesman left us to wander & view with no pressure except an occasional checking if we needed any help.

Lovely friendly staff, not pushy to get a sale. Let's you walk round in ur own time. Very helpful when we picked our sofa. Can't wait for it to come now.
Well, pushy staff, the minute u walk in door, can I help you. This is on offer, that's lovely, this is lovely, how do they know what we want. If customers want help they'll tell staff. Also if u want to buy something, make sure u have an email address, because no email address, no sale. Come on Oakland, not everyone has an email address
Staff left you to browse. They were brilliant when dealing with my order .
Good place to buy solid wooden furnitures reasonably priced.
Poorest customer service ever. Couch did not arrive. Advice was to contact customer service and they will contact you in 5 days. Was on the phone for 1hr 30 mins before they answered. Indicative of lots of problems. Tried calling the store with another phone. Manager in store was rude from the word go when asked if he could help. His advice….. put the phone on loudspeaker. Will never purchase from them again and certainly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Staff are friendly and very helpful without pressuring you for a sale
Advertising a "sale". I was after a coffee table, seen one I liked that was £349. Sale price - £339. A huge £10 off. Bargain of the century. They must think people button up the back. Won't be back. Didn't care much either for the sales staff attitude.
Can't recommend enough when we were there the other day with my daughter who was ordering furniture. Jake the assistant manager was extremely helpful and we left extremely happy with the service he gave us.
