Rating 0 stars for the Customer Service dept.. I was ill advised by a member of staff in the store and now £250 out of pocket.. I was told I could get a credit note for £250 in the store but CS Dept said that's not the case. I've now been told if I pay them another £1600 they'll dd the £250 to it and give me a credit note for the full amount. Now that makes no sense!! I've asked for call from a manager but of course no call!! Obviously think people can afford to be sitting out of pocket when everyone is struggling to heat their homes and put food on the table!! I would be out of a job if my Customer Service was as bad as yours!
After purchasing our suite from Robert in designer rooms we were assured there were two suites awaiting in the warehouse and we could have it delivered “at any time”. We then went back at end of January and paid in full. We were told we would get a phone call about delivery within a day or two, so we had a charity uplift our old suite … and we are still waiting MARCH! Where is my suite??????DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - I also got a message from their customer care when I told of our experience on Trustpilot asking us to contact them through a website that doesn’t exist. Can I just point out that my phone and e mail are on my PAID IN FULL order form. It is not difficult to contact me! Again AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
Shocking Service!! Would give Zero Stars if I could! Ordered a bed and bedroom furniture in October and was advised that the items would take no longer than 6 – 7 weeks to arrive. Week 7 came and went without any contact so we contacted the showroom to be told that it would be January before our goods would be arriving, and they could do nothing about it. We then contacted the Customer Service to see what could be done, several phone calls later and several non-returned calls the Customer Service Manager called to let me know that the Manager of the showroom would call me. He duly did the following day however said that he knew that the “book had been closed” for Pre-Christmas delivery on our order two weeks before we put in the order why lie and tell us something different in the shop!!. Called Customer services to complain and was promised that the Area Manager would call on 3 occasions, still no call. The customer service from this company is absolutely shocking they don’t return calls, they lie, and they have no respect for customers. Without customers they would not have a job! **UPDATE** Week 22 and we have a bed!! However, still waiting on the 2 bedside units and chest of drawers. The Designer Rooms should be ashamed of the service that they are providing to customers.

Today I visited the show room in Coatbridge , and the lovely lady who served me was an absolute diamond , her customer service skills were second to none . She did a beautiful thing for me today and her act of kindness and especially her kind words made me walk out the shop feeling amazing. One act of kindness can change someone’s days so much. I phoned the store to leave a message we for this wonderful Woman and on finishing my message she told me it was her. Also told me that I had made her day. The small things in life and how you treat people can help them so much
Was recommended this place by someone for a living room mirror. Got one at a decent price for the size, quality item, not disappointed. Only really needed a mirror, but had a look round at other furniture. It all looked pretty good if I'm honest. Staff helpful and friendly. Recommended.
I had the misfortune to buy a 3,,2 1 sofa suite,from this company,,,,on the very day it was delivered,,we saw straight away, that when you sat on the 2 seater,,you litterly sank into it,,,it was shocking,,,I contacted the store,,who put me thru to customer services,,,there attitude from minute one was a disgrace,,,THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME TO TAKE PICTURES OF IT AND COMPLAIN TO THE MANUFACTURERS,,AN INSULT,,,I was that under no circumstance were they sending anybody from their company to see what the problem was,,,,this debacle went on and on,,,,I HAVE HAD 2 MEETINGS WITH SLC TRADING STANDARDS DEPARTMENT,,WHO ARE ARRANGING TO HAVE THE OMBUDSMAN,TO LOOK AT SOFA,,,ITS NEVER FIT FOR PURPOSE,,,,IM MANAGING DIRECTOR FOR STRATHCLYDE COMMERCIAL CLEANING SERVICES,,AND WELL KNOWN TO THE PUBLIC THAT HAS BEEN CLEANING SOFAS,,FABRIC AND LEATHER SINCE 1981,,,THE QUALITY OF THE SUITE IS ABYSMAL,,,AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY PROVIDE SHO KING,,,,,I WILL POST FURTHER WHAT THE OUTCOME,,,,READ THE REVIEWS,,,

Showroom has now been extended to create a furniture clearance centre as well . Where you can grab yourself a bargain . Why not pop in and see for yourself.
Seen some fantastic furniture today at the store was looking everywhere for a picture with a mirror frame and found what I was looking for in the coatbridge store Well worth a visit
