Two weeks ago I had root canal treatment at The Dental Practice Shoreham. The surgery was spotlessly clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The treatment was performed by Annalize Van Zyl who was professional in every way. She explained the procedure to me in great detail and ensured that I fully understood what was going to happen to me. Throughout the treatment she was constantly reassuring me and at pains to make me as comfortable as possible. I cannot praise her enough. I would rate my experience at the practice as outstanding in every way.

I had root canal reworking with Dr Annalize Van Zyl and she was excellent: expertly professional, caring, and explained everything along the way.  I could not recommend her more highly.

I was referred to Dr. Annalize for root canal treatment. I was terrified both at the idea of the treatment and having it done by a stranger. Well, Dr Annalize was nothing short of marvellous. She was so welcoming and understanding and I knew within minutes of meeting her I could put all my trust in her. I was able to tell her of my worries and she really listened and made me feel that I was going to be very well looked after. She went to great lengths to explain everything to me before doing anything at all and then when it came to the treatment itself she continued to explain everything as she was doing it. I found that enormously reassuring. She and her assistant Charlene were so professional and seemed to know just how to put me at ease. The treatment was absolutely plain sailing and totally pain free- I actually found it quite fascinating. I hope I won't really need another root canal treatment but if I do, this is definitely the person I would ask to do it. The practice gets 5*'s from me. They even rang the next day to check how I was feeling. They could not be kinder.
