I've been attending the Zen Den for over a year now. Jan is an experienced Yoga instructor who always makes classes both enjoyable and engaging. She is passionate about her teaching and keen to share her skills with others.  My range of movement and core strength has increased as has my level of confidence in engaging within a more demanding pose.  I really enjoy each class, I leave feeling both invigorated and uplifted by the experience.

Jan is a fab yoga instructor, she gets to know you, adapts poses if you are struggling and every class has a different element.  As I get older I need flexibility, core strength and good muscle tone,  feel physically so much fitter attending classes.

Was having back problems and feeling generally stiff, Jan was great asked lots of questions before I started classes. 5 months on I feel great getting more movement as the time goes on. I recommend Jan's classes to everyone I can, thanks Jan xx
